A Handmade Nation continued…

March 24, 2009

I’ve been anticipating this documentary for a really long time, and I finally got the chance to see it in San Francisco! There were tons of crafters and a few handpicked vendors like little otsu, dutch door press, diana fayt, nous savons and more! They showed the film on a huge projector screen and a bunch of smaller flat screens so you can watch it at every angle! The documentary was 100% DIY, the shaky camera gave it away, but a job well done. Read the review here from KQED. And it was really cool to meet the artists behind their work.
